We think, having regard to the results of the tests that the material has been shown to be very inferior in quality to Lammit Sheeting and cannot be considered as "similar to that make, This might be quite sufficient to account for the high percentage of breakage which occurred in transit and under these circumstances we think that the Contractors should be held liable Before taking any definite steps however towards making a claim we think it would be well to send them copies of the tests and to point out the respects in which the sheeting has proved to be defective and inferior to Lamait.
